The space that is becoming available is a 15m2 room (Serviced Office C), is upstairs and air-conditioned.
In addition to the 15m2 of private space, you can use the shared Reception/Waiting, Boardroom, 2 Meeting Rooms, Kitchen and toilets which is an additional 80m2 which you don't need to worry about maintaining or paying for solely in your own space.
