What a fabulous week we’ve just enjoyed here at Amber Werchon Property – particularly Friday night when we held our annual Amber Werchon Awards for Excellence. More than 30 of my staff and their partners, the team from Domain and auctioneer Gordon Macdonald had a truly special evening at 4th Floor Restaurant in Mooloolaba. Nine staff members received awards covering all divisions from Property Management, Administration and Sales and I was thrilled to see the support of all the team when Christine Radburn received a standing ovation when she took out the coveted AWP Award for Outstanding Dedication and Contribution. Other Award winners on the night were: Tony Nash, Jared Young, Karine Wright, Peter Brown, Mark McGill, Johny Blaikie, Kym Redfern, and Tracey Emery. Congratulations to all of you.
Over the past 12 months there has been significant growth at AWP, with a total of nine new sales agents, two new administration staff members and a new position created in the Property Management division. It’s been huge and I’m so proud of each and every one at AWP, we really have a motivated group of individuals who consistently achieve and embrace change when it’s needed.
When the party stops, the work continues and what a huge Saturday we have ahead of us this weekend with five Auctions encompassing Caloundra West, Buderim, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Warana. We’d love to see you at one or all of these events, you are very welcome to come along.
