It’s been a very manic few weeks trying to work whilst accommodating the public holidays, school holidays etc…things have settled down a bit now and everyone is getting back into the groove of working five days a week, or in Agents’ cases, six!
We have welcomed two new Sales Agents to our team – Rob Montanez and Jacki Cook. Both bring with them impressive sales and negotiation skills, enthusiasm and passion about their work. Rob and his family live in Pelican Waters and Jacki lives at Mooloolaba, Rob is originally from Canberra and Jacki from New Zealand, so both are very appreciative of the lovely warm climate we enjoy here on the Sunshine Coast…even our winters are quite mild.
A great Auction result was achieved on Saturday with 4 Tarnkun Street, Alexandra Headland sold under the hammer for $652,000 – buyers and sellers both very happy. Tonight Mark McGill is holding an In-Room Auction event at The Bluff Bar, Alex Surf Club from 6:00pm, taking six Alexandra Headland properties to Auction.
