Well Autumn may have arrived but it’s in name only, as the temperature is showing no sign of cooling and neither is the market.
Last weekend 77 Sunbird Chase, Parrearra was sold under the hammer at Auction for $438,000 in front of a good crowd; with four registered bidders, everything went smoothly and the owners and buyers are delighted. Well done to Jared Young and team.
14 Gamban Esplanade, Currimundi attracted a crowd in excess of 100 and there were 11 registered bidders; whilst this didn’t sell under the hammer, it has since been sold post-Auction. This was a very active campaign which gained massive attention, with 91 enquiries and 66 inspections…Agent Daniel Mendes worked very hard for this great result.
Whilst our team always put 100% into their work, it’s not all work and no play; at AWP there is a strong emphasis on achieving a healthy work/life balance. We are a friendly bunch and genuinely enjoy each other’s company, this often spills into social get-togethers, such as our social bowls afternoon at Mooloolaba Bowls Club last Friday, and we also have our own AWP indoor netball team who play each Tuesday evening…ladies and men, so lots of laughs.
Congratulations to staff member Tasha Colletti, Jared Young’s hard working Personal Assistant, who won the Cable Wakeboard Association Point Chase competition on the weekend, in the ladies intermediate group. Tasha is a devoted Wakeboarder and practices hard in her spare time; it was great to see her dedication to training has paid off! Well done Tasha.
