Last weekend was a huge weekend for footy fans, with two cracking Grand Finals, on Saturday the AFL, where the Bulldogs created history with their win over the Swans and then on Sunday in the NRL, a historic victory to the Cronulla Sharks in an exciting match against the Melbourne Storm with a 14-12 win. The next major event on the year’s sporting calendar will be next month’s Melbourne Cup!
Surfing aficionado’s may be aware that Noosa is hosting the Noosa Surf Film Festival from Thursday October 6th to Saturday October 9th (inclusive); even if you’re not a surfer yourself, the footage will no doubt be awe inspiring, certainly well worth checking out.
