We had another great Auction result on the weekend with Agent Tony Nash selling 8 Kingsgrove Court, Buderim under the hammer for $495,000…there was a lot of negotiation involved and the Auctioneer Gordon McDonald did a brilliant job.

Jason Andrew of Jason Andrew Auctioneers reports in his latest newsletter that Auction clearance rates have not been as healthy the past four weeks as earlier in the year and late last year; he attributes this to a falling total number of buyers and increasing stock levels in some suburbs. However, he does report “with conditions still healthy in the property market, good opportunities to transact still exist. Critically, vendors of well presented properties who are well versed with current market values and do not expect an above-market result are most likely to achieve a sale under the hammer.”
