Another week has gone by, and it’s time to extend another warm welcome to our new team member – Heidi Solymosi. With a successful background in real estate, particularly in the Caloundra market, Heidi brings with her a wealth of experience, local knowledge and an impressive referral base from past clients. A resident of Pelican Waters and a member of Caloundra Rotary Club, Heidi is active in her local community.
This Saturday evening myself and some of the team are attending the annual REIQ Awards for Excellence gala event in Brisbane; our office has been nominated as a finalist in the Large Residential Agency of the Year category, and Agents Mark McGill and Michael Walpole are also finalists in the Residential Sales Person of the Year and the Rookie of the Year respectively. It’s always a great evening and it’s wonderful to see the Sunshine Coast with healthy representation at this year’s event.
The weather has been extraordinarily warm and humid this week, I hope you all managed to find somewhere comfortable to stay cool, whether it was indoors with the air-conditioning cranked, in the pool, or swimming in the surf at one of our many glorious beaches.
