Last Saturday’s Auction at 72 Saltwater Way, Mount Coolum sold under the hammer for $1,015,000 – setting a record street price for a four bedroom, two bathroom home. Well done to Agent Karine Wright for running a polished campaign that attracted in excess of 100 enquiries and inspections and resulted in eight registered bidders on the day!
This Saturday’s Auctions include: 42 Gardak Street, Maroochydore at 9:00am. Fabulous family home with north facing inground pool, within walking distance to Cotton Tree and Alexandra Headland. Then at 2:00pm, 1/20 Elizabeth Street, Buderim will be presented to the market via Auction; a three bedroom free-standing duplex on top of Buderim within walking distance to town.
