What a wonderful week it has been! All three of our Auction properties sold – two under the hammer and the third post Auction – 51 Gloucester Road Buderim sold for $1.55 million, 2 Fantail Place Wurtulla for $505,000 and 33 Woorwilla Crescent Mountain Creek is under contract; well done to marketing agents Jared Young and Tony Nash. It was great to see our team out in force supporting their colleagues at the Auctions. The events were run very professionally, a testament to the efforts of our Agents. We also thank first-class Auctioneer Gordon McDonald of Jason Andrew Auctioneers.
On Tuesday some of our team members attended a lovely lunch at Oliver’s Cafe Mooloolaba to celebrate the 50th Birthday of our long term bookkeeper Diana McNulty – we still can’t believe how youthful she looks; Di puts it down to good genes! We trust you continued to celebrate your day in style and we appreciate the great work you do for us.
Barry Sheaffe from AW Money is setting off on a 3,000 kilometre bike ride on Monday to raise money for Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus QLD.
