What We Have To Offer You
Admination Support
You will be assigned an administrator
to book and upload marketing and complete all 22as, renewals and contracts. You
can spend more time prospecting, listing and selling!
Database
We have a great contact management
system in Complete Data where custom trails have been set up for you to use. You
will have direct access to a database of over 24,000 for prospecting, buyer matching,
etc.
Systems & Procedures
We are a process-driven
office. You don’t have to remember things to do, just look at our standards document
and check your scheduled tasks daily.
Lead Generation
We sit down with each sales
staff member and create a custom prospecting plan. All options are prepared for
you so you don’t have to re-invent the wheel. We also have a roster system for fair
delegation of leads that come into the office.
Goals And The Numbers
We will help you
to create your ideal week, identify your career goal and help you achieve it. We
will even break down how many weekly appraisals you need to do to get there. We
produce your KPIs every month so you can map your activity and track growth.
Focus Area
You will get an exclusive area
of 1,000 properties to farm. Any leads that come to the office from this area will
go directly to you.
Profile
We have a great local profile.
On average, over 40% of our listing presentations are office generated.
Auctions
We use the REIQ Auctioneer of
the Year, Jason Andrew and hold more in room auction events that any other Coast
agency. We have a weekly auction meeting to help agents achieve the best possible
result from their auctions
Training
We provide regular, valuable training
which include a weekly one hour session and a monthly half-day event with high profile
and high performing guest speakers.
Awards
We have a bi-annual awards event
to recognise the performance of those excelling within our team. We also support
and assist with industry awards such as REIQ.
Commitment To Work-Life Balance
We have a Sunday roster agent so there is always someone to whom you can divert
your phone on your day off. We also have a back-up plan for when an agent is on
leave so every one of your listings is looked after. Commission splits are always
fair to both parties.
Marketing
We have pre listing kits, document
folders, greeting cards, gift tags and coffee cards, all ready to use and a graphic
designer who will help you with any ideas that you have. Just listed, just solds
and invitations are produced for you if the vendor chooses the minimum marketing
budget. We also maintain a premium position in the front of the Property Week, get
a competitive rate and have a high editorial publication rate.

Ours is
a positive environment with real people who like working here. We have morning tea
every month, a monthly team activity and quarterly bonding sessions. In our weekly
sales meetings we openly discuss and debate decisions affecting agents. We conjunct
with all other agents from day one.

we have a non-selling principal and sales manager there is always assistance available.

The best part about working for Amber Werchon Property is the autonomy Amber gives you over your own business, market share and the ability to list and sell confidently all over the coast. My focus was to list and sell in Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba , Buderim , Sippy Downs , Buddina , Minyama and Kawana, and I achieved this!
