This week we received wonderful news, our Agency is a finalist in the 2016 REIQ Awards for Excellence in the Large Residential Agency Category, Mark McGill is a finalist (and former winner 2014) of the Residential Sales Agent of the Year and Michael Walpole is a finalist in the hotly contested Rookie of the Year. I am personally extremely proud of the team here at Amber Werchon Property, we all work together with a common purpose to provide truly exceptional customer service and as a result our business continues to grow and prosper; congratulations to Mark and Michael on their nomination in very competitive categories. The event takes place in February next year and we are looking forward to another great evening at what is the industry’s ‘night of nights’.
Well done also to Gareth Lee-Ferrari and Tristan Brown who marketed 60 Albany Street, Sippy Downs which sold under the hammer at Auction last Saturday for $750,000, setting a street record. This property had 83 inspections in just four weeks and was the most viewed property in Sippy Downs on realestate.com.au in that four week period. There were seven registered bidders and a crowd of around 70 people. The highest price in this street prior was $690,000…so great result for sellers! Congratulations to all.
This weekend and next week we have four more Auctions, with two on Saturday: 11 Beach Haven Place, Mount Coolum at 9:00am, followed by 86 Gloucester Road, Buderim at 3:00pm. On Wednesday afternoon 31 Thrushs Road Dulong will be Auctioned at 3:00pm on-site and on Thursday at 3:30pm, 12 Quarterdeck Court, Buderim will be Auctioned in our Mooloolaba office. All welcome.
