It’s been an extremely busy week here, especially since last week’s reduction in interest rates, taking us to a 50 year low…the phones have been ringing non-stop, with enquiry skyrocketing. Welcome, if not surprising news, the interest rate cut should ensure the momentum we’ve been experiencing in 2013 to date continues to build and that the property market is finally showing genuine signs of healthy recovery.
It may have been Mother’s Day on Sunday but that didn’t stop Mark McGill selling a property at Coolum under the hammer. Jason Andrew conducted the Auction and the seller said that securing a sale was the best Mother’s Day present she could have hoped for.
I hope all the mothers and grandmothers enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day on Sunday and that you were well and truly spoiled by your loved ones…you deserve it. I certainly appreciate my mother very much, she has done, and continues to give me an enormous amount of love and support, and I try and acknowledge this regularly, not just on Mother’s Day. However, it is nice to have a national day of appreciation for Mothers – my little Max and my husband certainly made me feel special.
