Congratulations to Karine Wright and Jess Ruskin both selling their auction properties under the hammer on the weekend! This was a 100% success rate for AWP on the weekend, which in comparison to the Sunshine Coast’s current clearance rate of 31%, is very exciting for us.
Jess’s auction at Wandoo Street, Minyama, attracted a great crowd and had spirited bidding from 3 parties. Whilst it was a quieter affair at Karine’s Shelly Street, Nambour auction, a great result was still achieved with the property also selling under the hammer.
