Colour brochures are displayed in our window, handed out at open homes and distributed to anyone who enquires about your property. E-Brochures will also be generated by and emailed to realestate.com’s extensive database.

DIRECT MAIL AND BUYER ALERTS

We deliver letters to surrounding owners, informing them of the new listing/auction events; they may know someone who wants to move to the area – there’s no better salesperson than a local! When a property is first listed we do a buyer match from our growing database (in excess of 25,000 contacts) and SMS those who may be interested.
