Colour brochures are displayed in our window, handed out at open homes and distributed
to anyone who enquires about your property. E-Brochures will also be generated by
and emailed to realestate.com’s extensive database.
DIRECT MAIL AND BUYER ALERTS
We deliver letters to surrounding owners, informing them of the new listing/auction
events; they may know someone who wants to move to the area – there’s no better
salesperson than a local! When a property is first listed we do a buyer match from
our growing database (in excess of 25,000 contacts) and SMS those who may be interested.

The internet is a vital property research tool. Your listing will be uploaded to

Feature Properties receive outstanding prominence by being displayed above standard

E-NEWSLETTER
We circulate an e-newsletter to our growing database of subscribers. The newsletter
notifies buyers of new listings, upcoming auctions, price reductions, recently sold
properties, open for inspections and other relevant news.
SIGNAGE
The For Sale sign is our ‘24 Hour Sales Agent’ generating many enquiries from potential
buyers. A-Board 1000x800mm larger format landscape version of standard sign provides
a more eye-catching alternative to a standard For Sale sign.

We deal with a wide variety of print publications, locally and nationally. Depending
on the nature of the property, our agents will recommend the appropriate media to
market your property. We have established a solid, long-term relationship with The
Property Week. As a result we are able to secure many free editorials for our sellers,
providing readers with additional in-depth information about the property, and further
exposure for the vendors. The Property Week is a highly read, full gloss, real estate
supplement in Saturday’s Sunshine Coast Daily, and has been the ‘bible’ for buyers
and sellers for many years.

A quality image is your best marketing tool. Remember “a picture is worth a thousand

and passers-by. A slide show of your property with a professional voiceover is shown
