We have some exciting news to share this week, Agents Jess and Joey Ruskin welcomed their first child into the world on Tuesday – Eleanor Rose Ruskin, weighing a healthy 4 kilograms (8lbs/13oz); mother, daughter and father are all doing well. The team is looking forward to meeting little Eleanor very soon.

Jemima developed a lifelong passion for property after purchasing her first home in London at only 18 years old; she has since transformed her love of real estate into a successful career.
Making Australia her home after travelling the world and living in various locations including Dubai before settling in Kawana Island where she resided for five years and now Brightwater, Jemima absolutely adores Australia and is raising her two children here.
Jemima will be predominantly listing and selling on Kawana Island.
Kym brings with her to Amber Werchon Property a wealth of knowledge developed in previous positions she has held as a Coach at Investor Property where she assisted people to create their own wealth and retire with passive residual income. Kym was involved in selling off the plan and brings with her a valued skill set to complement our growing team. Starting today we’re sure you’ll hear a lot more about Kym in the future.
