Last Saturday we held a cracking Auction, selling 45 Tantula Road West, Alexandra Headland under the hammer for $750,000. There was a good crowd watching, and strong bidding from the 9 out of 10 bidders. I would also like to introduce a new member to our team, Nicole Purvis. Nicole is our new Contracts Manager, and brings with her many years of experience across the full suite of role in a real estate office. A huge welcome to Nicole, who is already being kept very busy with the high volume of sales we are currently processing.
This weekend the Mooloolaba Triathlon is on, celebrating its 25th year anniversary; and this event just gets bigger and better every year!
