Well I’m more than a little excited this week as we head down to the REIQ Awards for Excellence 2013 on Friday night at the Hilton in Brisbane.
This is the fourth consecutive year our Agency has been a finalist in the REIQ Awards for Excellence in the Medium Residential Agency category and we have the added bonus this year that Jodie Curran is also a finalist in the Corporate Support category. As always, we are up against the industry’s best and it is always an honour to share their company.
I believe the keys to our success surround our basic ethos of delivering unwavering excellence in all facets of our business – from administration processes, sales techniques and results, and our property management portfolio.
Whether we win our category or not it is indeed a great testament to our hard working staff that we are consecutive finalists year after year, and I thank them. I also want to acknowledge Jodie and the effort she puts in always…good luck to Jodie and good luck to all the nominees, it’s always great to see the professionalism in our industry acknowledged.
At our opens this weekend we saw another increase in the number of buyers through the doors – 48 groups through one house! A strong indicator of increased buyer activity.
