School holidays are almost over…but there is still the long weekend to go, so a few more days to kick back and relax before school starts on Tuesday and the countdown until Christmas begins – only 82 days away folks!
Last Saturday we celebrated more Auction success with both properties selling. 31 Albatross Avenue Nambour sold under the hammer to an overseas buyer bidding via Skype…technology really does remove the barrier of distance. 33 Glasshouse View Court, Buderim sold post-Auction – there were three registered bidders and a crowd of around 20 on-site. Well done to Agents Karine Wright, Tony Nash & Jared Young…congratulations to both purchasers and sellers.
The Auction action continues this Saturday with 53 Ocean View Avenue, Mooloolaba, marketed by Joey Ruskin – a truly lovely low set three bedroom, two bathroom home with inground pool in a central street in Mooloolaba. There has been huge interest in this property, so we are expecting a good turnout and a great result. The Auction kicks off at 10:30 am, all welcome to come along.
