Sunshine Coast market to see boost from road upgrades

With the Newman Government announcing its plan to inject $440 million of road works into the Sunshine Coast’s infrastructure, the outlook is remaining positive for those of us in the Real Estate industry.

The funding will go towards upgrading the Mooloolah River Interchange and reduce congestion on two Sunshine Coast main arterial roads, the Sunshine Motorway and Nicklin Way.
It’s great to see so much money being spent to improve the Maroochydore, Kawana and surrounding areas with the property market heating up in those locations.

With the Sunshine Coast University Hospital already creating hype for properties in the immediate area surrounding the medical facility this money will only see to assist in creating a more promising living environment.
