Last Saturday, as we recovered from Friday’s crazy weather, it was business as usual, and we conducted three Auctions, with 6 Palkana Drive Warana attracting four registered bidders and selling under the hammer for $516,000; 45 Oceanic Drive, Warana was passed in with post-Auction negotiations continuing with two of the five registered bidders; and 8 Parsons Street, Nambour was passed in. There are no Auctions this weekend, but plenty of open homes if you are interested in taking a look.
This Saturday 500 families are expected to attend the inaugural “Crick Auto Group Superheroes Festival” at Aussie World. It will be an action-packed, fun filled event with all proceeds donated to the Hear & Say Centre. The event commences at 5:30pm and finishes at 8:30pm. There are great prizes including a trip overseas of the Best Dressed Superhero Family as well as Mother’s Day Pamper Packages. Along with Stacy Downey from our office, I’m proud to sponsor a ride at this event and delighted to see the Hear and Say Centre is the recipient of all funds.
