WOW, what a wonderful weekend we had for the Mooloolaba Triathlon, great weather, large crowds of spectators and nearly 10,000 competitors, Mooloolaba was heaving with people and buzzing with activity…fantastic to witness!
Local businesses are also extremely pleased with the turnout, of not only athletes, but also supporters who came in their droves and spent money in the various eating establishments, giving a much needed to boost to the local economy after inclement weather earlier in the year kept visitor numbers down.
Well done to all involved from the organisers, the visitors, the business community through to the competitors, it was an amazing event and we look forward to next year!
I’d also like to take this opportunity to introduce three new staff members, all sales agents – Tony Nash, Ivan Franich and Jess Ruskin. All three have recently joined the team, and all are experienced agents that bring with them an enormous amount of talent and skill.
Long time local and highly regarded industry practitioner Tony Nash will be focusing on Mountain Creek; Jess Ruskin, a registered agent in three states, with nine years experience, will focus on Mooloolaba, and Ivan Franich who has relocated back to Coolum from Western Australia, will focus on Coolum.
Property Management has also expanded with two new team members, both extremely high performers in their field – Anne von Rudzinski and Scott Lucan. Existing Senior Property Manager Shonelle Smith is about to embark on maternity leave as she is expecting a baby in May…we wish her the very best of luck.
