54 Kawanna Street Mudjimba was sold under the hammer for $720,000 – there were 13 registered bidders and 79 inspections conducted in 4 weeks. Outstanding result! The Auction action continued when 12 Bareki Street, Wurtulla then sold for $500,000 under the hammer, after a campaign that saw 39 inspections and attracted five registered bidders.
Last week I attended the Sunshine Coast REIQ Zone breakfast and Mayor Mark Jamieson addressed the group and outlined some of the major projects currently being undertaken or in the pipeline for the Sunshine Coast.
These projects include: International submarine broadband cable, Sunshine Coast Light Rail Project, Sunshine Coast Airport expansion, Caloundra CBD project, Maroochy City Centre…just to name some of the major ones, but there is plenty of other initiatives to get excited about.
