Last Saturday we had a busy day with four on-site Auctions, which resulted in 18/12 Parker Street, Maroochydore selling under the hammer for $247,500 after some competition from 4 registered bidders, 16 Figbird Crescent, Buderim sold prior, 3 Mace Drive, Buderim was passed in and 11 Durham Crescent, Buderim is now listed at $565,000.

This weekend there is an amazing opportunity to purchase a fabulous first/second home or investment with 12 Rollins Street, Sippy Downs going to Auction at 3pm on Saturday; complete with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and an amazing alfresco entertaining area with inground pool, this is one fabulous family home right in the heart of the Sunshine Coast education precinct.

We welcomed winter on Monday and it is the ‘official’ start of a few cooler months after a fairly warm May that saw some record high temperatures.  The Sunshine Coast is certainly the ultimate place to live all year around and our winters are just glorious – clear sunny days and cool crisp nights.  Why would you live anywhere else?

The REIQ March Quarterly Report will be released this Friday and I am happy to email anyone interested a copy of the report; if you would like to receive this please email your details to:
