Agents Jess and Joey Ruskin achieved great Auction success on the weekend selling one of the gorgeous Karmasea Apartments for $920,000. With five registered bidders, the result finished $95,000 over the reserve leaving the owner delighted. Thank you also to Auctioneer Gordon McDonald who once again was the consummate professional, as always.
Our staff celebrated Christmas together at Rex and Suzie Larkins lovely home and a fantastic time was had by all, with delicious food and lots of laughter. Thank you Rex and Suzie for being such warm and welcoming hosts and opening up your home to the crew year after year.
Tuesday saw the ‘urn return’ to the Australian cricket team…finally, well done to Michael Clarke and his team, what an inspirational performance over the first three tests. We look forward to a 5-0 series!
