As an agent I have found you to be proactive, informative and prepared to work toward achieving outcomes. The outcomes may not always be the desired result for the buyer or the seller, however you were prepared to action a buyers request which in turn is working for the seller.
This in turn may instigate an opening that may not have been achievable had you shut down as other agents have.
I have made enquiries with other agents and this property was not mentioned, nor were they prepared to work toward a result.
Other agents were making a decision on behalf of the seller, which as a recent seller myself, I consider to not be in their best interests.
