Daniel sold our home very quickly - after only one open inspection we had an offer which he then negotiated on our behalf to a more realistic price that we were happy with. Despite the sale being very quick, Daniel had his work cut out for him with the buyers who proved to be quite difficult throughout the contract period. Due to the quick settlement requested by the buyers (30 days) we had to find a suitable rental property which we did, but could not sign the lease for the rental until we knew the contract would be unconditional in regard to their finance. Unfortunately the buyers advised us with 10 minutes left on the deadline for the contract condition that they could not meet finance, therefore we had to let our rental property go as we could not be stuck in a situation where we had a rental and a mortgage. During this extremely stressful period Daniel was in constant contact with us to let us know what he could find out, however I believe it took a lot of his communication & negotiation skills to get any information out of the buyers. The very next day the buyers solicitor advised the finance was approved and the contract was still going ahead, however that left us without a rental and only 8 working days to find one with Easter in the middle of that time. Daniel was very concerned about our situation and offered as much help as he could, although the buyers were 'incommunicado' at this time and he was unable to find out if we could extend the settlement date. Eventually with only two days to go before we had to move out we found a rental property and the settlement ended up going through without any problems. Thank you to Daniel for trying his very best to make things as smooth as possible for us - even though the house sold quickly he had a lot of work to do in the follow up period to make sure things stayed on track.
