As another year nears its end, we look back on another successful year at Amber Werchon Property.
There were plenty of reasons to celebrate our 9th year in business:
- 420 settled sales for the year which is a 36% increase
- REIQ Large Agency of the Year 2017
- Rate My Agent Sunshine Coast Agency of the Year
- Finalists in the REIQ Large Residential Agency of The Year
- Mark McGill & Tristan Brown are finalists as REIQ Salesperson of the Year
- Trudi Fernandez REIQ Finalist in Rookie of the Year
- Kath Madgwick is a finalist in the REIQ Commercial Property Manager of the Year
- Amber Werchon continued as REIQ Zone Chair and was also recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) for her service to the real estate community and REIQ Membership and has been admitted to the Fellowship of the REIQ.
- Amber was named as the 29th most influential person on the Sunshine Coast.
- Number 1 agency according to Domain.com.au for number of listings
- Number 1 agency according to ratemyagent for number of listings and number of sales in our market place.
- We welcomed some great new additions to our team. We now have over 60 in the team!
