WOW! What a fabulous week we’ve had at Amber Werchon Property – in the past seven days, we held our annual Awards night in Mooloolaba, kicked our heels up, shared lots of laughs and rewarded excellent performance and on Saturday we sold our two Auction properties under the hammer. In fact, the results were so good, the seller of Toorumbee Drive Mooloolaba wept tears of joy when her property sold above the reserve…good stuff indeed!
We are hoping to keep the positive momentum rolling with two more cracking Auctions at Wurtulla this Saturday – 22 Baroona Street at 1pm and 17 Swallow Street at 4pm. One of the Auction properties sold last week was also at Wurtulla…clearly a very hot location right now – affordable beachside living only minutes from the new hospital precinct.
Our third annual Awards night at 4th Floor Restaurant Mooloolaba was a welcome chance for the staff and their partners to enjoy a wonderful meal, spectacular views and even better company, whilst acknowledging the dedication and hard work of the various individuals that make Amber Werchon Property such a dynamic, fresh, and successful business.
Amber herself was supported by her husband, mother and grandparents, all coming along to partake in the evening’s events and MC and Auctioneer extraordinaire Gordon McDonald kept everyone thoroughly entertained. Domain Editor and long-term property journalist, Erle Levey also took the opportunity to express his admiration for Amber’s achievements and the business she has built. Look out for a list of winners in this Saturday’s Domain magazine.
