AGENT Q & A: WITH TEALE RING

With a career spanning over a decade in the industry, Teale brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Starting in real estate back in 2007 and later establishing her own successful Real Estate business in 2011, Teale balances professionalism and experience with a friendly and approachable nature, and that’s what makes her one of our property.people.

Q. How many years of experience do you have as a real estate agent, and why did you choose this industry?

A. 16, the industry chose me. My First job was when I was 19 as a receptionist in the industry.

Q. What sets you apart from other real estate agents in terms of providing exceptional client service?

A. I have experienced many of the life-changing events that result in the decision to sell a home, so I can empathise with my clients

Q. Could you share an example of a time when you went above and beyond to meet a client’s unique requirements during the buying/selling process?

A. Many of our clients are worried that if they sell, they won’t have a home to move to. We often write terms into the contracts that work best for our clients, so they have the time and peace of mind that we will find them another home to purchase

Q. How do you tailor your advice to first-time homebuyers, considering their lack of experience in the real estate process?

A. I’d say the majority of my clients feel like first-home buyers or first-time sellers because often people are only doing it every 13–15 years. My approach is to educate and support each client or buyer I come into contact with through the process, so there are no surprises.

Q. Could you share some success stories where you helped clients find not just a house, but a true home that matched their lifestyle and aspirations?

A. Recently we sold a home in Sippy Downs and the buyer who purchased this home had been looking for over 6 months, they wrote this home off because they had concerns over the light in the home. They thought it was too dark. We organised a more extended private inspection with them and their family, so they could work out a way to fix the light issue. We also spoke to a builder who gave a quote on efficiently fixing the light issue. They purchased the home and are extremely happy that we organised this for them, as they said they wouldn’t have even looked at the home again.

Q. In what ways do you provide ongoing support to your clients after a transaction is complete, to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-closing concerns?

A. My clients know my door (phone) is always open for them to reach out, I also become friends with the majority of my clients, so we regularly catch up on a personal level.
