It was a wonderfully busy weekend with all five of our listed properties selling at auction last Saturday.
This was a fantastic result for everyone here at Amber Werchon Property with record numbers registering as bidders and attending the auctions.
The fun started at 10am with 5 Boonabah Place, Caloundra West selling under the hammer for $565,000.
As the clock hit 11am, we went from Caloundra West to Buderim to see 10 Clatworthy Court sell in a two bidder war for $420,000, well over the reserve price.
As 12pm came and went, 66 Centenary Crescent went under the hammer selling for $490,000. The property listing agent Jess Ruskin said it was great to see someone who loved the property as much as the sellers buy the property at auction.
The final two homes went under the hammer later in the afternoon with 3 Aldinga Place Mooloolaba selling for $975,000 and 36 Oceanic Drive Warana which saw 19 buyers register for the auction pushing right past the sale price to eventually sell for $615,000.
We had 23 cash buyers who missed out on properties that day which just goes to show the incredible database of buyers that we have with so many turning out to bid and the power of selling by auction.
This Sunday, at 11.00am, we have a lovely rural home going to auction. Five minutes from town and the beaches of Caloundra, amazingly situated on the coast side of the Bruce Highway, this unique opportunity is set on a picture perfect 1 1/2 acres – https://www.amberwerchon.com.au/1667403/. We’d love to see you there.
With so many homes selling on the Sunshine Coast this winter we thought it would be best to show one of the hottest suburbs on the Coast – the Awesome Alexandra Headland.
