Well the mercury has certainly dropped as we officially approach winter, it was only 4.6 degrees celsius in Maroochydore on Monday morning (May 30) at 6:30am; the lowest minimum May temperature since 2012! Despite the cooler temperatures, residents flocked to two Sunshine Coast events on the weekend, the Big Pineapple Music Festival which seems to get more popular each year and the annual Maleny Agricultural Show. The mornings are cold, but the day times are glorious!
This weekend we are once again presenting some fantastic properties to the market via Auction and are expecting some great results!
