After a four week campaign and 12 inspections, Saturday saw a prime property, 7 Palmforest Close, Woombye sell under the hammer.
Auction day had a mixture of the young and old attend, with 10 owner occupiers, two investors and three registered bidders.
An opening bid of $280,000 saw two bidders war it out with up to $20,000 in bids with a quick pause at $335,000 for a discussion with each buyer to show the real rental potential of the property.
The home finally sold under the hammer at $370,000 which was a great result for all those involved.
