A warm sunny day combined with the enticing smell of sausages cooking, plus the mini i-Pad to giveaway, brought in excess of 20 families out to see what was on offer in this appealing master planned community. Staff from Leightons Properties were on hand to address any questions and they also did a sensational job sizzling over 3 kilograms of sausages.
The positive feedback was overwhelming with a clear consensus that Beckmans Green offers fantastic value for money; many attendees expressed surprise that they could get a house and land package at such an affordable price in such a desirable location.
Builders from Pantha Homes, PJ Burns and NuTrend homes, along with marketing agents, Mark McGill and Amber Werchon from Amber Werchon Property, were present to answer questions on the day. With a vast range of products and options available, coupled with the First Home Construction Grant of $15,000 for new homes, there was a lot of genuine interest.
The mini i-Pad winner was Mark Elliot and his daughter Meg, who couldn’t contain her enthusiasm for the draw to occur and as she collected the prize from Amber (pictured). The children attending enjoyed the sausage sizzle and a throw of the free Beckmans’ Green frisbees on the vacant land. Local residents said the community BBQ encapsulated the whole family friendly ethos of the estate and were looking forward to welcoming new families to the neighbourhood, with several expressing interest in buying a second block whilst prices are so affordable.
Lot 11 is now under contract to a first home buyer capitalising on $15,000 First Home Construction Grant, leaving only one remaining lot available for $219,000…so be quick if you have any interest. Contact Mark McGill today to find out about prices of other remaining blocks as well as house and land package options.
