Our Auction success continued over the long weekend with 53 Ocean View Avenue Mooloolaba selling well above the reserve in front of a crowd of around 50 people, there were 8 registered bidders; the owners are ecstatic with the result and the buyers with their purchase. Well done to Agent Joey Ruskin! Our Agents didn’t have much time to rest as there were a significant number of Contracts signed over the weekend… buyer activity is at the highest level we’ve seen for several years.
This Saturday the fun continues with two more on-site Auctions: 8/7 Box Street, Buderim marketed by Mark McGill at 11:00am – an immaculate two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car accommodation town house on top of Buderim within walking distance to the village with stunning views to Caloundra through to Glass House Mountains. At 2:00 pm, 11 Jirrima Crescent, Cooroibah is showcased – an executive style luxury home on 11 acres with separate accommodation suitable for dual living; marketed by Jess and Joey Ruskin, this home embodies the very essence of sophisticated hinterland living.
Next Friday our team will be coming to work in our brightest, loudest attire for Loud Shirt Day. Loud Shirt Day raises money for the Hear & Say Centre in Nambour which assists children to learn to hear and speak. There’ll be fancy stripes, large polka dots, loud florals…yep, no doubt some of the men will turn up in those wonderfully bright Hawaiian shirts popular in the ‘70s – should be heaps of fun and raises money for a great cause.
Enjoy the rest of this ‘short’ week and stay cool – spare a thought for our firefighters who are on high alert with these hot, dry winds.
