Well the winter chill has finally arrived and aren’t we feeling it here in Queensland where we are usually so spoilt with warm sunny weather…although the sun is still shining, there is a real bite in that wind, brrrr!
This Saturday we are taking 3 properties to Auction, the first one kicks off at 4pm at 42 James Cook Drive, Sippy Downs where Agents Tony and Sandra Nash present this renovated easy care home with abundant parking which extends to your caravan and/or boat. The second Auction is 1/18 and 2/18 Mayfield Street – two luxury house sized apartments in Alexandra Headland’s ‘Golden Triangle’, offered to the market for the first time…this campaign has generated huge interest. At this time of year there are many Christmas in July celebrations – quite often fundraisers or family get-togethers, if you are hosting one or going to one as a guest, have a wonderful time and make the most of these special occasions; it’s a great concept that is really starting to become a tradition now throughout the nation.
Another amazing event took place this week, when New Horizons zoomed past dwarf planet Pluto on Tuesday night and took some breathtaking images. The New Horizons spacecraft survived its close fly-by encounter with Pluto after a nine year journey of more than 5 billion kilometres. Truly mind blowing!
