This Saturday will be a Buderim Bonanza with FOUR homes going to Auction – all in highly sought after streets; a good crowd is expected at all four and you are very welcome to come along, the first one – 1 Grant Street starts at 11am, with the final one in Gilbert Street at 3pm; there is also one in Panorama Crescent and one in Somerset Drive…LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!  On Wednesday, November 4, we have industrial premises – 23/82 Sugar Road, Maroochydore going to Auction at 2pm – another prime location.

The future on the Sunshine Coast continues to look bright with the announcement by Stockland of the city of Aura to be developed in Caloundra South.  This is a multi-billion dollar development project to take place over three decades which will house 50,000 people upon completion and create an enormous amount of employment during the construction phase and beyond.

Aura will be a city the size of Gladstone which will be a mixture of residential, commercial, retail, parkland, a South-bank style beach, schools, a health precinct, more than 200 kilometres of cycleways, a City Plaza of more than 4000 metres square and much more…

There is another big week of sport coming up with the final of the Rugby World Cup this weekend, an all-Antipodean affair, the Wallabies versus the All Blacks…what a game that is anticipated to be.  GO Wallabies!    On Tuesday we have ‘the race that stops a nation’ – the Melbourne Cup; for those attending races or race events, enjoy and stay safe.
