We are taking part in RSPCA Cupcake Day on Tuesday 19th August. 100% of the money raised will go directly to the RSPCA to fight animal cruelty. The RSPCA only receives 3% of its funding from the government, so they strongly rely on the good of the community to keep their programs and shelters going. We will be baking cupcakes and bringing them into the office on Tuesday! They will be $2 each which will go directly to the RSPCA so if you feel like a cupcake on Tuesday, drop by the office at Mooloolaba! Alternatively you can donate easily directly to: https://rspcacupcakeday-qld2014.everydayhero.com/au/caitlin-2
Last but not least, we have a brief profile on Buderim this week and our Buderim specialist Agent Jared Young.
Jared is a Buderim resident and was a foundation student at Matthew Flinders Anglican College and after selling his house on top of Buderim last year, Jared has remained in Buderim and built a lovely home for his wife and four daughters in Sanctuary Grove.
“I know Buderim inside out and thoroughly enjoy working with Buderim residents and buyers wanting to relocate her. I love the diversity Buderim offers from prestige homes on top with magnificent views, through to acreage properties in the foothills, a real mix of stunning contemporary homes and gracious old Queenslanders…there is an amazing variety of property in Buderim, truly something to meet everyone’s tastes.”
Jared says the Buderim market is traditionally strong due to its reputation as a desirable and convenient place to live and that the demographic is slowly changing as many young professional families are purchasing in the area.
“The Buderim market is absolutely one of the most stable markets in the Sunshine Coast, and is consistently one of the most researched post codes on realestate.com.au.”
Jared has sold over 30 million dollars worth of property during his years as an Agent servicing this area.
