2020 has certainly thrown some curveballs to us all, and mental health has certainly become a topic of discussion. Organisations like R U OK promote having that conversation about raising awareness and getting you to check in on your friends, family and co-workers.
Conjuncting Agent Todd Forrest has teamed up with a local men’s mental wellness organisation Grab Life By The Balls, which creates events for blokes from all walks of life to connect, hang out and be themselves.
From every one of Todd’s sales he is donating $250 to this charity and last week Todd presented them with the very first cheque… of many!
