We are proud to announce that our very own Mark McGill last week took out the top national prize at the awards night for Excellence in Customer Service!

About to reach a milestone of a decade in the real estate industry, Mark said it couldn’t have happened at a better time. “It’s a great feeling to achieve this level of success after ten years in the business,” said Mark. “There’s no slowing down, after achieving this level of recognition I plan to continue delivering Australia’s highest-rated customer service to sellers and buyers on the Sunshine Coast and surrounds for many years to come.”

According to the panel of judges, Mark was one of the very few nominees to have been awarded a perfect score. The AREA Judging Panel said out of all their submissions, there was nothing in Mark’s that was repeated by other competitors, making him a standout and ultimately deserving of the perfect score.

Mark’s highly detailed application outlined his innovative strategy to increase his number of repeat clients. “My repeat client maintenance is very solid. A month after settlement I have dinner with buyers and sellers so they can meet each other and swap stories on their times with the property,” he said.
