Last weekend saw a new record price achieved for a house in Sippy Downs. The Jared Young Team auctioned a beautiful property in Albany Street which attracted a large crowd with 8 registered bidders. The bidding was fierce and the property eventually sold under the hammer for a new record price in Sippy Downs. This was a fantastic result for the sellers!
