More than 700 real estate professionals gathered to recognise the elite in their field at the Brisbane Royal International Convention Centre on Saturday evening for the 2018 REIQ Awards for Excellence.
Amber Werchon Property had four finalists among the categories and whilst we didn’t walk away with a win, we left the night feeling extremely honoured to be recongised among our industry’s top performers. We would like to make special mention of Mark McGill and Tristan Brown who were finalists in the Residential Salesperson of the Year, Trudi Fernandez was a finalist in the category of Rookie of the Year and Kath Madgwick for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella said the Awards for Excellence showcased those real estate professionals who had achieved outstanding results to rise to a level above their peers.
The Awards also celebrated the REIQ’s centennial birthday, marking 100 years of shaping the Queensland real estate profession.
