We are very excited and proud to announce that we have been selected as finalists in two categories of the 2013 Real Estate Industry of Queensland (REIQ) Awards for Excellence.
For the fourth year in a row we have been nominated in the Medium Agency of the Year Category and this year Jodie Curran has been nominated as Corporate Support Person of the Year.
The winners will be announced at a gala event held at the Hilton Hotel in Brisbane on 8th February next year and the category winners will go on to represent Queensland at the national event held in Canberra in March. Fingers crossed…whatever happens we are extremely honoured to be recognised as one of the state’s finest in our categories, amongst some tough competition from a record number of entries from across South East Queensland as well as Toowoomba, Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Gladstone and Townsville.
These Awards aren’t focussed on the financial turnover of agencies/individuals, rather the commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients, ability to be creative in implementation of processes and procedures and general professionalism in every facet of the business, including human resources, training, community and industry contribution.
This year the Awards process has also been enhanced by introducing finalist interview panels into the judging process. So the finalists will have to be top knotch in their areas of expertise both in their applications and in their presentation to the judging panel to secure the coverted winner’s trophy.
2013 is an important year for the REIQ, who will be celebraing its 95th anniversary – we hope that it will be also an important year for Amber Werchon Property Mooloolaba if they can bring home the 2 awards they have been nominated as finalists for.
