This week our thoughts and prayers go to our fellow Queenslanders who felt the wrath of Cyclone Debbie in the Whitsundays, Bowen, and Mackay region; the fury of Mother Nature is very humbling and reminds us all of how vulnerable we are to elements beyond our control. Over the last few days we have seen images of mass destruction and devastation that will cause economic and personal hardship for many sectors of those communities. On a more positive note, it is wonderful to see the comradeship that emerges in the aftermath of these types of events; communities banding together to rebuild and the dedication of thousands of SES volunteers who work tirelessly to help others.
There are heavy rainfalls predicted to hit the Sunshine Coast over the next few days and we all need to make sure we stay safe and listen to the advice of the authorities. Please take care on the roads and avoid unnecessary trips in the event of torrential rain and flooding events.
This Saturday we have three Auctions scheduled…you may need to bring an umbrella.
At 9:00 am 38 Buna Street, Maroochydore, marketed by Scott McCallum is presented – three bedrooms in a prime location, a lowset brick and tile in a street with waterfront home just footsteps to the river. In mostly original condition, there is incredible potential here to renovate for profit.
3/75 Bradman Avenue, Maroochydore will be showcased at 12:00 pm, marketed by Jess and Joey Ruskin, this luxury riverfront apartment is pet friendly and even has its own private inground pool.
Then at 5:00 pm as twilight is starting to approach, Karine Wright is presenting 31 Saltwater Avenue, Mount Coolum; this elegant beachside property MUST be sold, very high motivation here as owner has already purchased her next property.
