Another Saturday, another outstanding result; I am pleased to report that 49 Neurum Road, Yaroomba sold under the hammer to an overseas buyer for $755,000. Throughout the campaign Karine conducted 126 inspections in four weeks, and presented two offers; there were nine registered bidders on the day and the winning bidder, based in the Middle East was placing her bids by phone whilst she was in Washington. A great result!

In other exciting news, construction has officially started on the new central business district for the Sunshine Coast, at the former Horton Park Golf Club site. This transformation is estimated to create in excess of 30,000 jobs by 2040 and boast the Queensland economy by $5.9 billion. Latest construction value figures show that development is booming on the Sunshine Coast – in the last quarter of 2015 we recorded our highest construction levels since 2011. These projects not only provide much needed infrastructure, but jobs and economic growth for our region.
