It’s that time of year again, award season, and Amber Werchon Property is celebrating becoming finalists in the Sunshine Coast Business Awards. AWP is one of 115 finalists which also include our very own Mark McGill as an independent finalist for Employee of the Year. Everyone is very excited to be named in with some of the most respected businesses on the Sunshine Coast in their chosen fields.

AWP agents Jess and Joey Ruskin are a unified unstoppable team in the Mooloolaba property market and being residents themselves they can see the appeal. “We enjoy kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the canals and spending time at the Mooloolaba Esplanade kids’ playground and beach with our one-year-old daughter Nora,” Jess said. “Our favourite café is The Velo Project on Careela Street and can’t go without our daily coffee from Dave, Sarah and the friendly crew.”
