Sunshine Coast Council have given the green light on the multi-million dollar beachfront development in Marcoola, “The Shore”. Stage 1 of this 5.5 hectare project will include 33 direct access beachfront homes, followed by a 114-room hotel resort and retail precinct. Project Director, Damon Falcongreen said Earthworks are set to commence shortly and they have already engaged a number of local companies.

Residents will be able to easily access the beach from their back gates without having a road or path to cross.
